5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. (Deuteronomy 6:5 )
Our highest calling and greatest purpose as a church is to Worship God. This is expressed in our Sunday morning church services, our commitment to prayer, and hearts devoted to service.
34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34–35)
24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. (Hebrews 10:24–25)
We are dedicated to discipleship and to life-long learning. We encourage one another towards constant growth in Christ, toward the discovery and fulfillment God’s call on each life, and towards the development of each person’s personal spiritual gifting.
35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ (Matthew 25:35–36)
We are a small local church, with a local ministry focus. We are committed to serving our local community and to showing Christ’s love through actions over words.
